When you create a new content page, it will include a default title section.
Click on the "Edit title section" button to open the left side panel.
If you keep the "Default" layout, you will see some options below: show subtitle or image, and image position.
If you choose to include an image, click on the "Replace cover" button to upload it. After uploading your image, automatically generate or type its "Alt text" (a brief description of the image for readers with visual impairments).
If you want to further customize your title section, choose from the list of prebuilt or custom designed templates at the top of the panel.
Click on "Edit image" to replace an image and edit its alt text.
